 This role is essential in delivering exceptional housing management in compliance with HUD regulations and EveryAge policies.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Market and show available apartments to prospective residents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage day-to-day operations of the apartment complex.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise unit turnovers and coordinate maintenance staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare property for HUD inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee financial processes, including rent collection, deposits, and budget reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and inventory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hire and manage contractors for specialized services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct semi-annual unit inspections and enforce lease compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle resident certifications and annual re-certifications per HUD guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare reports for EveryAge and HUD, including vacancy notices and monthly vouchers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with tenant events and foster community engagement.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Education:
 
 &nbsp;Two years of college preferred in Business or Human Services.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience:
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Successful HUD housing management experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of HUD regulations for Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly or willingness to learn.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
 </li>

Onsite Manager

Our RN's have a love for seniors and a respect for the needs of older adults. (You should too!) They are focused on providing high-quality, direct patient care through standard healthcare practices, including administering prescribed medications and treatments, conducting patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and helping with diagnostic tests.
 
Household RN
 
The Registered Nurse-Rehab provides direct patient care and supervises Licensed Practical Nurses and CNAs in the provision of nursing services to residents and patient of the facility. The RN is responsible for meeting all standards associated with the provision of nursing care in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, licensure law, agency policies, procedure and standards.
 
Minimal Education: 
1. Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
 
2. Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing is preferred.
 
Minimal Experience: 
1. Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience.
 
2. One (1) year skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
 
Other Qualifications: 
1. Current Nursing License.
 
2. CPR certified.
 
3. Ability to function with minimal supervision.
 
4. Excellent communication, organizational and human relation skills.
