<div>Every Child Pediatrics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join its Fundraising &amp; Development Department as a full-time Executive Assistant &amp; Board Liaison. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Chief Development Officer and contributing to the success of fundraising and marketing efforts. The position's schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, and is primarily based at our administrative offices at 9197 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80229, with the option to discuss a flexible hybrid schedule after the first 3 months of employment. Responsibilities
Executive Support:<ul><li>
Provide administrative support to the Chief Development Officer, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.</li><li>
Assist in preparing materials for presentations, meetings, and donor interactions.</li></ul>
Board Liaison:<ul><li>
Act as the primary point of contact between Administrative Leadership and the Board of Directors, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.</li><li>
Assist with scheduling board meetings, including the annual retreat. Coordinate venue logistics and catering; prepare materials including agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes; maintain accurate records; and ensure timely distribution of materials and updates to board members.</li></ul>
Event Coordination:<ul><li>
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising events, including our 30th Anniversary Celebration on November 6, 2026, at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts!</li><li>
Assist with logistics, supplies, vendor coordination, and on-site support to provide an amazing experience for our participants.</li></ul>
Marketing Implementation:<ul><li>
Assist with newsletters, mailer campaigns, printing needs, and collateral design.</li><li>
Order and maintain supplies.</li><li>
Coordinate with vendors to keep projects on time.</li><li>
Schedule and maintain frequent social media posts.</li></ul>
CRM Input:<ul><li>
Assist in daily input, maintenance, and updates to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and current donor information.</li></ul>
Donor Relations:<ul><li>
Contribute to building and nurturing relationships with donors by providing excellent communication and timely acknowledgment of contributions.</li><li>
Assist in the preparation of donor communications, including newsletters, thank-you notes, and other relevant materials.</li></ul>
Fundraising Support:<ul><li>
Assist with the implementation of fundraising campaigns through multiple channels and formats (e.g., direct mail, email, social media, phone).</li><li>
Assist in researching and identifying potential funding sources, grant opportunities, and partnership prospects.</li></ul>
Collaboration and Teamwork:<ul><li>
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure alignment of development efforts with organizational goals.</li><li>
Participate in team meetings, providing input and support for departmental initiatives.</li></ul>
Qualifications
Required:<ul><li>
Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience in administrative support role.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.</li><li>
Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently.</li><li>
Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>
Experience managing calendars and coordinating meetings.</li><li>
Ability to handle a variety of assignments at one time, determine priorities, and complete assignments accurately and on time.</li><li>
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.</li><li>
Advanced Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe, and Excel.</li><li>
Exceptional communication; oral and written. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Excellent writing and proofreading skills.</li><li>
Proven ability to handle confidential matters.</li><li>
A passion for the mission and values of Every Child Pediatrics.</li></ul>
Preferred:<ul><li>
Previous experience in event planning, fundraising, development, or marketing.</li><li>
Previous experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Virtuous, DonorPerfect).</li><li>
Knowledge of non-profit development best practices.</li><li>
Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools.</li></ul>

Executive Assistant & Board Liaison, Fundraising & Development

<div>Every Child Pediatrics is currently looking for an experienced, board-certified Advanced Practice Professional (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to work at our School-Based Health Centers (SBHCs) part-time or full-time (16-32 hours per week). Our SBHCs are critical health resources designated to see Aurora Public School District students and their siblings (ages birth through 18). Our SBHCs offer medical, behavioral, and dental health services in addition to connecting families to community resources. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with low-income children, adolescents, and immigrant families. Daily patient volume is lower than in a traditional pediatric clinic to ensure clinicians can meet the complex needs of these high-risk youth. At Every Child Pediatrics, no child is ever turned away due to insurance status or the inability to pay, so our providers are empowered to invest in the lives of these children and make a lasting impact through long-term primary care relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Obtain patient health history, perform physical exams, interpret health information and establish diagnoses</li><li>
Formulate and review treatment and therapy plans, writing prescriptions as needed</li><li>
Document findings in a concise and timely manner and keep current with chart documentation in the EMR</li><li>
Educate and inform patients and their families regarding the nature of their illness/concerns and the progress of evaluation and treatment</li><li>
Consult with colleagues, collaborating providers, specialists, and other health professionals across multiple disciplines</li><li>
Discuss and implement various family planning methods</li><li>
Manage prescriptions for common pediatric mental health disorders such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, etc.</li><li>
Remain up to date with AAP guidelines and follow trauma-informed care principles and clinical best practices</li><li>
Work with and direct clinical staff on triage, care management, and refill requests</li><li>
Maintain friendly and professional work relationships with a small, multidisciplinary staff</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>
Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner program</li><li>
Current Colorado resident with a PA/NP Colorado License (DORA)</li><li>
Current Federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) number</li><li>
Sufficient pediatric primary care or family practice experience to feel comfortable working as an independent/solo provider in clinic</li><li>
Competency in pediatric primary care services, including vaccine schedules, history collection, physical examination, adolescent screenings, ordering and interpreting evidence-based diagnostic tests, and managing common pediatric primary care diagnoses</li><li>
Conversational Spanish language skills are recommended (over 90% of our patients and families only speak Spanish)</li><li>
