 Responsibilities:

 Analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document requirements, define scope, and objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure systems are aligned with business goals and processes.

 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Required Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Role 1: Must have Online Banking Experience for Retail Experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Role 2: Must have Business Online Banking Experience. Experience with the Q2 vendor is highly preferred.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Preferred Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in project management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with agile methodologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of financial services industry standards.
 </li>
