The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR processes and strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)</li><li>Managing employee onboarding and documentation</li><li>Maintaining employee records and HR files</li><li>Attendance tracking and leave management</li><li>Payroll processing and salary-related queries handling</li><li>Implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance</li><li>Handling day-to-day administrative tasks</li><li>Preparing HR reports using Excel / Google Sheets</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>6 months to 1 year of experience in HR operations</li><li>Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR documentation</li><li>Experience in attendance &amp; leave management</li><li>Basic knowledge of payroll processing</li><li>Excellent proficiency in MS Excel &amp; Google Sheets</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to join immediately (within 1 week mandatory)</li></ul>Preferred Candidate Profile<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information professionally</li></ul>Freshers will not be ConsideredJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
