Role OverviewThe Test/QA Engineer will be responsible for designing and executing test scenarios, identifying bugs, maintaining quality documentation, and ensuring smooth delivery of software applications. The role requires strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements.</li><li>Perform manual testing including functional, regression, integration, UI/UX and system testing.</li><li>Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.</li><li>Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve bugs and validate fixes.</li><li>Ensure overall product quality before release.</li><li>Maintain test documentation and update test-case repositories.</li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.</li><li>(Optional, if required) Support in test automation using tools like Selenium/Cypress.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>1&ndash;4 years of experience in Manual Testing / QA (Adjust based on level).</li><li>Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.</li><li>Hands-on experience in writing detailed test cases and executing test scenarios.</li><li>Basic knowledge of SQL, API testing, and browser debugging tools.</li><li>Experience with bug-tracking tools (JIRA, Zoho Sprints, Bugzilla, etc.).</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
