The Role:
We&rsquo;re looking for a passionate and curious Senior Associate Scientist to join our team. What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Develop and execute H/UPLC and capillary based separations methods for support of process development, cell line development, and release testing of biotherapeutics</li><li>
Utilize chromatography data systems and informatics platforms to analyze and distribute analytical results.</li><li>
Work with team members on technology development to improve efficiency, speed, and capacity of analytical testing and analytical methods.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore new possibilities and solutions.</li><li>
Bring fresh perspectives to the analytical team that challenge the status quo.</li><li>
Regularly share your findings, ideas, and solutions in both team settings and presentations.</li><li>
Keep up with the latest trends and developments in characterization and analysis of large molecules with H/UPLC and capillary based analytical methods and use your knowledge to inspire and lead.</li><li>
Ensure that curiosity-driven questions and exploration lead to measurable, impactful results.</li></ul>
Who You Are:<ul><li>
BS in Biochemistry, Biology, Bioengineering or related field with 2+ years relevant experience or master&rsquo;s with minimal relevant experience.</li><li>
A curious problem-solver with a passion for learning and growing in a dynamic environment.</li><li>
Experience in chromatography and/or analytical chemistry</li><li>
Excellent experimental design, method development, and analysis skills</li><li>
Experience with Microsoft Office apps (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
</li><li>Experience with HPLC and/or UPLC chromatography systems</li><li>
Experience with a chromatography data system</li><li>
Familiarity with capillary electrophoresis and experience with troubleshooting complex instrumentation is preferred.</li><li>
Desire to work in a fast, collaborative, team-oriented environment.</li><li>
A natural collaborator who loves sharing ideas and learning from others.</li><li>
Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in environments where curiosity and experimentation are encouraged.</li><li>

The base pay range for this salaried non-exempt position at commencement of employment is expected to be $83,000 to $86,000; Base salary offered may vary depending on individual&rsquo;s skills, experience and competitive market value. Additional total rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, short-term and long-term disability, company paid basic life insurance, 401k company match, flexible work, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits.
