 What You'll Be Doing?
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for consolidation, budgeting, reporting and financial analysis process with the part of Headquarter Budget and Reporting team,
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking part in monthly closing within SAP Profitability Analysis (PA) modul and consolidation process,
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsibility for producing accurate and timely management reports, including P&amp;L analysis, sales analysis, OPEX analysis, inventory report, NWC report and variance analysis by country, category and brand, KPI analysis,
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing ad-hoc reports and analysis for top management,
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results monthly and communicate them along with actionable insights,
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide financial guidance on key initiatives and also financial support to the different departments and the local and overseas Business Unit finance teams,
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve tools and systems in order to increase efficiency and accuracy on controlling mechanism, reporting, budgeting and analysis.
 </li>

 Who We're Looking For?
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering from a reputable university,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the field of budget and reporting, controlling and/or financial planning &amp; analysis,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical thinking and data analysis skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 A passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture,
 </li>
 <li>
 High sense of responsibility and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment,
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced level of MS Excel knowledge is required,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of SAP,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal, relationship building, influencing and networking skills.

 What You'll Be Doing?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures, and management systems in alignment with local regulations and international standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure full compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental legislation, and company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead risk assessments, hazard identification studies (PHA, HAZOP) and implement preventive action plans to mitigate operational risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain Process Safety Management (PSM) systems in line with SEVESO directives, including MOC, PSSR, PSI, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and monitor HSE KPIs, prepare regular performance reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce accidents, near misses, and environmental impact.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and coordinate internal and external audits (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 50001) and ensure ongoing certification compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage emergency preparedness, crisis management procedures, and emergency response drills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote a strong safety culture through training programs, awareness campaigns, and leadership engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with ADR regulations for hazardous materials transportation and oversee chemical safety practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise waste management, emissions monitoring, environmental compliance, and sustainability initiatives including energy efficiency, water management, and carbon footprint reduction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and manage annual HSE operational (OPEX) and capital (CAPEX) budgets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure contractors and subcontractors comply with company HSE standards, including managing the Permit-to-Work system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure safe operational practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage relationships with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, mentor, and develop the HSE team while benchmarking industry best practices.
 </li>

 Who We're Looking For?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 10 years of HSE experience, preferably within manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 B-Class Occupational Safety Certificate (or equivalent professional certification).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, environmental regulations, and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 50001).
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) and risk management in production facilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing HSE audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of ATEX, fire safety, and machinery safety principles is highly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 NEBOSH certification is considered a strong advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with ADR regulations for hazardous materials transportation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in environmental management practices including waste, emissions, energy, and sustainability initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to influence and build a strong safety culture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English (written and spoken).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
 </li>

 What You'll Be Doing?

 Ensure timely purchase packaging/ packaging raw materials to support plants operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform supplier evaluation and selection as per company standards and support for establishing sourcing strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate procurement projects according strategic sourcing initiative process and detailed plan for execution and follow up on progress and implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform purchase price analysis, understand volume &amp; technic specification and coordinate them with stakeholders such as planning, R&amp;D, Quality, Production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop more sources of supplies and negotiate the price, quality and delivery to meet company requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop supplier partnership to identify and develop ongoing total cost reductions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure data sharing to global for running a tender or other related business needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support to the related purchasing team to achieve KPIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate and manage the contract process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prosessing of SAP data reporting, analyzes of spend data and budget comparisons for assigned materials.
 </li>

 Who We're Looking For?

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering or relevant fields.

 Professional experience (3-4 years) in a similar role especially in multicultural companies.

 Strong an analytical skills.
 </li>

 Knowledge of SAP is a plus asset.
