What You&rsquo;ll Do
As our Commercial Sales Manager, you&rsquo;ll oversee all department activities &mdash; from hiring, training, and motivating the sales team to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You&rsquo;ll work closely with customers, manufacturer representatives, and internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and continued success in the commercial vehicle market.

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead, train, and mentor the commercial sales team to meet and exceed goals.</li><li>
Develop and forecast monthly sales goals, department budgets, and marketing programs.</li><li>
Foster strong relationships with customers and manufacturer reps.</li><li>
Conduct ongoing product and sales training sessions.</li><li>
Monitor compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting commercial sales.</li><li>
Oversee outside sales calls and ensure proper CRM management.</li><li>
Collaborate with other departments to maintain harmony and drive dealership success.</li><li>
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
Proven leadership experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sales.</li><li>
Strong communication, organizational, and motivational skills.</li><li>
A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with F&amp;I processes.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
