Key Responsibilities:1. Category &amp; Catalogue Management<ul><li>Manage and maintain product listings across UAE marketplaces (Amazon.ae, Noon, Carrefour, etc.)</li><li>Ensure accurate and optimized product cataloguing, images, titles, descriptions, and SEO-friendly keywords.</li><li>Work closely with content and design teams to ensure A+ content, brand store, and product pages reflect brand positioning.</li></ul>2. Inventory &amp; Fulfilment Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and timely fulfilment (Fulfilled by Amazon, FBN, etc.)</li><li>Monitor stock levels, reorder triggers, and proactively manage fast/slow-moving SKUs.</li><li>Track and resolve order cancellations, returns, and delivery issues in coordination with partners.</li></ul>3. Promotions &amp; Pricing<ul><li>Execute price updates, promotional strategies, and deal configurations during events like White Friday, Ramadan Sale, etc.</li></ul>4. Marketplace Relationship Management<ul><li>Liaise with account managers on various platforms for deals, brand visibility opportunities, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Stay updated on new features, policies, and compliance updates from marketplaces.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Noon Seller Lab, and other regional platforms.</li><li>Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple brands/categories and work with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;32,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
