Sales Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesHR &amp; Recruitment:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across departments.</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/face-to-face interviews.</li><li>Coordinate interviews with internal teams and hiring managers.</li><li>Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.</li><li>Draft and post job openings on relevant platforms.</li><li>Assist in onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.</li></ul>Accounts &amp; Admin:<ul><li>Oversee daily operations within the Accounts department, ensuring timely processing of financial tasks.</li><li>Prepare and maintain monthly invoices and account records.</li><li>Coordinate with CA for accounts filing procedures and statutory compliance.</li><li>Handle petty cash and perform monthly reconciliation.</li><li>Clear monthly bills to respective vendors and manage vendor communications.</li><li>Maintain and monitor pantry and stationery stock levels.</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination between the HR, Admin, and Accounts departments.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Familiarity with HR processes, basic accounting practices, and general office admin functions.</li><li>Basic knowledge of accounting software and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) is an advantage.</li><li>Graduate in any field (preferably with exposure to HR, Accounts, or Administration).</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritise various duties.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
