As a Senior Financial Analyst, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in supporting the analysis of operational and financial performance across the organization. In this role, you&rsquo;ll build financial models and deliver insights that help guide decision-making and drive departmental and company-wide goals.

What You'll Do<ul><li>
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning, analysis, and business performance across the organization.</li><li>
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning (LRP), including cash flow and balance sheet management.</li><li>
Analyze financial results, explain variances, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.</li><li>
Conduct complex business modeling and financial analysis to identify growth opportunities, optimize costs, and improve operational efficiency.</li><li>
Prepare and deliver clear, concise financial reporting and presentations to stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>
Manage ad-hoc analysis and reporting using diverse data sources and tools, including advanced Excel functions and BI platforms.</li></ul> 
What Sets You Apart<ul><li>
Strong understanding of full P&amp;L, including revenue, costs, and profitability.</li><li>
Solid foundation in corporate finance, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.</li><li>
Skilled in translating complex financial data into clear insights for multiple audiences.</li><li>
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.</li><li>
Proficient in Excel (including formulas and macros) and financial reporting tools/BI systems.</li><li>
Proficient in SQL, with hands-on experience constructing, maintaining, and analyzing datasets to support financial reporting and decision-making.</li><li>
Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data visualization and reporting.</li><li>
Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.</li><li>
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet demanding deadlines.</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all levels of the organization</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, business, or a related field.</li><li>
2&ndash;3 years of relevant finance experience, including financial analysis, forecasting, or reporting.</li><li>
SQL and BI experience, including data construction, maintenance, and visualization.</li><li>
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and PBCS.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
