Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Airport Operations Coordinator to oversee and manage all cab operations at the airport. The role involves coordinating with drivers, passengers, and airport authorities to ensure smooth, timely, and customer-friendly pickup and drop services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and prior experience in transport, logistics, or hospitality operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Cab Dispatch &amp; Coordination</li><li>Manage real-time cab allocation for airport pickups and drops.</li><li>Coordinate with drivers to ensure punctual reporting at terminals.</li><li>Minimize idle time and optimize routes to reduce dry runs.</li><li>Customer Handling</li><li>Assist passengers with booking confirmations, driver details, and vehicle coordination.</li><li>Address customer queries, complaints, or escalations at the airport promptly.</li><li>Ensure a smooth experience for corporate clients and premium bookings.</li><li>Driver &amp; Fleet Management</li><li>Verify driver reporting, dress code, and compliance before duty.</li><li>Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and on schedule.</li><li>Handle last-minute duty reassignments or driver no-shows.</li><li>Operational Compliance</li><li>Coordinate with airport authorities for parking permits and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Maintain logs of duty assignments, trip status, and cancellations.</li><li>Enforce safety, security, and company operational policies.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Communication</li><li>Update duty status on internal systems and share timely updates with management.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly reports on fleet utilization, delays, and service quality.</li><li>Support in implementing AI-based dispatch and optimization tools.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>10 + 2 Education completed.</li><li>Experience in transport, fleet management, or airport operations will be added advantage.</li><li>Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages (Marathi preferred for Mumbai operations) will be helpful.</li><li>Ready to train on GPS tracking systems, dispatch software.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and nights as per airport schedules.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Customer service orientation.</li><li>Problem-solving and quick decision-making.</li><li>Team coordination and leadership.</li><li>Attention to detail and punctuality.</li><li>Tech-savvy with operational tools and mobile apps.</li></ul>Work Location<ul><li>Mumbai Airport (T2 terminals) &ndash; Office and on-ground coordination.</li><li>Requires shift-based working hours (Day/Night).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
