Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team. This role requires experience operating CAT 920 and CAT 907 loaders to safely and efficiently transport materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to handle bagged products weighing up to 100 pounds. Bilingual candidates are a bonus.
Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>
Operate CAT 920 and CAT 907 loaders to move, load, and distribute materials.</li>
<li>Lift and handle bagged products up to 100 pounds as needed.</li>
<li>Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe operation.</li>
<li>Follow site plans, blueprints, and safety guidelines.</li>
<li>Assist in loading/unloading trucks and organizing materials.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance and report any equipment issues.</li>
<li>Adhere to all company and OSHA safety regulations.</li>

Requirements<ul><li><ul>
<li>Prior experience operating CAT 920 and CAT 907 loaders.</li>
<li>Ability to lift and transport bagged products up to 100 pounds.</li>
<li>Understanding of safety procedures and equipment maintenance.</li>
<li>Ability to work in various weather conditions.</li>
<li>Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required.</li>
<li>OSHA certification or other safety training is a plus.</li>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.</li>

<li>Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions (willing to train the right candidate)</li>
