This role is designed to streamline communication with our digital marketing partner and development team, while managing in-house social media and marketing activities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Act as the primary communication point between Glitz India and our digital marketing agency.</li><li>Coordinate with the development team for timely updates and website/app enhancements.</li><li>Manage and monitor social media pages (content posting, responding to queries, basic community engagement).</li><li>Assist in executing digital campaigns</li><li>Maintain weekly reports and updates for management on marketing activities.</li><li>Support branding and offline marketing activities (photoshoots, events, promotions).</li><li>Ensure timely collection and sharing of content, creatives, and approvals.</li></ul>Desired Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.</li><li>1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or client servicing.</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, SEO basics).</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work with a growing premium brand.</li><li>Exposure to digital marketing and development projects.</li><li>A dynamic and creative work environment.</li><li>Competitive salary package based on experience.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
