<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What You'll Do</h3>
<ul><li>Design high-quality visuals for websites, digital campaigns, email marketing, and social media channels.
</li><li>Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and UX teams to ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms.
</li><li>Develop creative concepts and design solutions aligned with strategic goals and brand guidelines.
</li><li>Create graphic assets for both digital and print use (banners, presentations, infographics, brochures, etc.).
</li><li>Work with motion or interactive design when required to enhance user engagement.
</li><li>Optimize designs for performance and responsiveness across different devices and formats.
</li><li>Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and best practices in visual communication.
</li><li>Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering on time with a strong eye for detail.

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What You'll Bring</h3>
<ul><li>5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within digital marketing or technology environments.
</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range and visual storytelling skills.
</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
</li><li>Understanding of UX/UI principles and how design impacts user experience.
</li><li>Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
</li><li>Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.
</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
</li><li>Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and creative problem-solving mindset.
</li><li>Advanced English proficiency (C1) &mdash; able to participate confidently in design discussions and present concepts to international teams.
