We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join a cross-functional team working on a data-driven platform within the marketing and analytics space.
This role is ideal for a product leader who is deeply product-obsessed, highly data-driven, and comfortable translating complex business challenges into clear product strategies&mdash;leveraging both traditional approaches and AI-powered solutions.

<ul><li>Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and drive alignment
</li><li>Translate technical capabilities into compelling product narratives with clear business value
</li><li>Transform business problems into effective AI-powered workflows, clearly communicating both capabilities and limitations
</li><li>Create and deliver presentations, demos, and training materials to support product adoption
</li><li>Partner closely with Engineering to ensure solutions solve real user and business problems
</li><li>Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle
</li><li>Identify and remove barriers to adoption through effective communication and collaboration

<ul><li>4+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products
</li><li>Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product initiatives

</li><li>Hands-on experience working with AI tools, with a solid understanding of their practical business limitations
</li><li>Ability to translate user and business needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications

We are looking for a Lead UI/UX Design Engineer to drive the visual and interactive direction of a complex, multi-application platform&mdash;bridging design thinking and frontend engineering. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of UX, UI systems, and technical implementation, and enjoys mentoring others while shaping scalable design systems.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What You'll Do</h3>
<ul><li>Lead the development and evolution of a design system and component library based on modern UI frameworks
</li><li>Design and implement reusable UI components that balance usability, aesthetics, and technical requirements
</li><li>Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate user needs into effective design solutions
</li><li>Implement responsive and accessible interfaces across multiple applications
</li><li>Define and enforce design standards, patterns, and best practices
</li><li>Review UI implementations to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with design specifications
</li><li>Lead user research and usability testing to validate design decisions

<ul><li>5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design Engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role</li>
<li>Proven experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries
</li><li>Deep understanding of component-based UI frameworks (Mantine or similar)
</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and component implementation
</li><li>Experience using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
</li><li>Solid knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
</li><li>Experience conducting user research and usability testing
</li><li>Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
</li><li>Comfortable working in Mac or Linux environments
</li><li>Availability to collaborate synchronously during core hours (EST)
