Job Title: Software Developer Location: Karachi, Pakistan Type: Permanent Location: Karachi, Pakistan Working Arrangements: Hybrid Working Hours: 6PM - 2AMAbout PrecisionCare: PrecisionCare is a user-friendly, web-based, customized EHR software solution tailored specifically to the needs of Human Service providers and designed to maintain state and federal regulatory compliance.About the Role The Software Developer plays a fundamental role in the design, development, and maintenance of PrecisionCare software solutions. This role requires collaboration with the Development team on new feature projects as well ascorrecting software issues and bugs. You will develop software solutions that increase the user&rsquo;s experience and overall functionality of PrecisionCare applications. This role requires strong coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of web-based technologies.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain PrecisionCare Software applications.</li><li>Collaborate with the Development team to plan, design, and implement new features.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using assigned programming languages.</li><li>Effectively debug and analyze code.</li><li>Work closely with the Account Management and Support teams on enhancements and fixes.</li><li>Contribute to the architectural design and planning of software systems.</li><li>Work with other developers to understand system requirements and propose technical solutions.</li><li>Create and execute unit tests to ensure code correctness.</li><li>Manage and prioritize individual tasks and assignments within project timelines.</li><li>Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and resolve software defects.</li><li>Document code consistently and comprehensively to facilitate easy understanding and futuremaintenance.</li><li>Contribute to the creation of technical documentation for software systems.</li><li>Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions and provide constructivefeedback to peers.</li><li>Analyze and troubleshoot software issues, providing timely solutions.</li><li>Develop and maintain our legacy applications, as needed.</li><li>Provide and adhere to project and new feature timeline estimates based off time and resources.</li><li>Work collaboratively to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Utilize version control systems to manage and track changes in the codebase.</li><li>Contribute to the optimization of code for improved performance.</li><li>Work with third-party vendors, customers, and users to meet project goals and deadlines.</li><li>Work with Network team on information technology, network, server, and similar needs.</li><li>Assist in the deployment of software applications to various environments.</li><li>Adhere to security best practices during the development process.</li><li>Learn from and implement feedback received during code reviews.</li><li>Communicate progress and potential roadblocks to the Manager of Software Development.</li><li>Contribute to process improvements and advocate for best practices within the Development team.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest developments in technologies utilized by PrecisionCare.</li><li>Continuously enhance your skills through self-learning and training opportunities.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.</li></ul>Knowledge &amp; Skills Required:<ul><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently and as a team.</li><li>Ability to multitask between various software development tasks and duties.</li><li>Experience with full stack development, including .NET and C#.</li><li>Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li><li>Experience with SQL and database design.</li><li>Excellent design, debugging, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience with Angular.</li><li>Experience with Progress Web Applications.</li><li>Familiarity with source control management tools.</li><li>Experience designing and building RESTful APIs.</li><li>Experience with NPM and NodeJS.</li><li>Experience with IIS and PowerShell.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs325,000.00 - Rs450,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
