We build great businesses for life, providing a permanent home to our Founders&rsquo; legacy, employees, and customers.About the RoleReporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google (Search &amp; Display), Meta and other platforms. This role is data-driven and performance-oriented, focusing on maximizing ROAS, improving conversion rates, and scaling acquisition channels. The role requires the incumbent to be familiar Google Ads as well advertising management dashboards for common social media platforms.Key Responsibilities&middot; Create and manage paid search and display campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta Ads and other relevant platforms. Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.&middot; Define and monitor key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS). Manage approved media budgets to ensure effective allocation across the digital media mix / channels.&middot; Define targeting strategy for paid campaigns and boosting across social media channels. Research and implement keyword strategies for search campaigns.&middot; Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure high-converting ad copy and assets for paid campaign as well as always categories.&middot; Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance. Should be familiar with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Google Ads. Looker Studio is a plus.&middot; Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.&middot; Stay current on platform updates, ad policies, and digital trends.Skills &amp; Experience Required&middot; 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media management. Proficiency in Google Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4), LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads Manager is a must.&middot; Proven track record of managing Google Search, Google Display &amp; Video (YouTube) and Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram) Ad campaigns.&middot; Strong analytical and campaign attribution skills, utilizing industry standard attribution tools and techniques.&middot; Experience in funnel mapping, audience targeting, and remarketing strategies.Nice to Haves&middot; Experience optimizing B2B SaaS websites.&middot; Familiarity with conversion tracking via GTM, API integrations, and pixel setup.&middot; Certifications in B2B Performance Marketing, Google Ads or Meta Ads Blueprint are a plus.What We Offer&middot; Competitive salary and benefits package. We serve a global market with a software as a service solution, that enables centralised, digitized and automated efficiency for businesses that use leasing as a core asset procurement tool.About the Role We&rsquo;re seeking an Integration Developer to lead the end-to-end development of connectors between Nomos One and ERP platforms (e.g., Sage Intacct, SAP S/4HANA, MS D365, etc.). This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings deep technical knowledge of ERP systems, and can take ownership of integration design, development, testing, and delivery.Key Accountabilities <ul><li>Lead the technical design and development of robust, scalable connector(s) between Nomos One and selected ERP platform(s) (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, D365, Sage Intaact, PowerBi).</li><li>Work closely with the NZ-based product team to understand the Nomos One system and data architecture.</li><li>Collaborate with Nomos One&rsquo;s New Zealand based product and development teams to define functional and non-functional integration requirements and a product plan.</li><li>Translate business processes into effective data flows between systems, ensuring compliance with accounting and security standards.</li><li>Build, test, and deploy APIs, middleware, or ETL solutions to facilitate secure and seamless data exchange.</li><li>Document integration architecture, setup instructions, and troubleshooting guides for internal use and client onboarding.</li><li>Liaise with ERP technical contacts and external partners to ensure compatibility and support.</li><li>Ensure the delivered integration meets performance, security, and architecture standards and expectation.</li><li>Define and execute a comprehensive testing plan which includes end-user engagement.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with Nomos project team.</li><li>Complete project work within established timeframes.</li></ul>Self-Development<ul><li>Identify appropriate training requirements for your role and participate in educational opportunities, appropriate training, and maintain personal networks.</li></ul>Health &amp; Safety <ul><li>Contribute on an on-going basis toward maintaining a safe working environment both for yourself and for those working with you or in your close vicinity.
