Position Overview
The Senior Scrum Master is accountable for establishing Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide as well as the Scrum Team&rsquo;s effectiveness. The Senior Scrum Master&rsquo;s effectiveness lies in their ability to influence without formal authority, drive in establishing a self-managing and versatile team, promote a culture of ongoing enhancement, and guide the team in embracing empiricism through transparent inspection and adaptation. The Senior Scrum Master plays a crucial role in ensuring the team consistently enhances their methods of transforming ideas into valuable increments for both customers and the organization.
Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following:<ul><li>
Enable the Product Owner by:</li><li><ul><li>
Establishing desired product and business outcomes.</li><li>
Maintaining a prioritized Product Backlog.</li><li>
Identifying value and methods of measurement.</li><li>
Understanding capacity limitations and the ability to accurately forecast when work will be completed.</li></ul></li><li>
Enable the Developers by helping them:</li><li><ul><li>
Grasp the Scrum Framework.</li><li>
Understand the Increment and the Definition of Done.</li><li>
Embrace testing and adopting small batch thinking.</li></ul></li><li>
Enable the organization by:</li><li><ul><li>
Assisting with adoption of agile ways of working.</li><li>
Helping build an Agile mindset.</li></ul></li><li>
Understand and implement our standard Hard Skills:</li><li><ul><li>
Establish Ways of Working standards for the assigned Scrum Teams including Scrum events, Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, etc.</li><li>
Ability to utilize advanced forecasting models efficiently to aid the team in data driven analysis for establishing delivery expectations.</li><li>
Being able to understand, interpret and utilize holistic value and delivery-based metrics such as throughput, defect rate, cycle time, cost savings, revenue generation, CSAT, etc.</li></ul></li><li>
Take on various stances depending on the situation:</li><li><ul><li>
Teacher &ndash; Capable of teaching the Scrum framework and the underlying pillars of empiricism that it sits on. Convey first principles like feedback loops, small batches, cross functionality, and self-management.</li><li>
Coach &ndash; Act as an individual and team coach. Help identify areas for continuous individual and team improvement. Help hold the team accountable to themselves.</li><li>
Mentor &ndash; Share your own experience and ideas using judgement about when it&rsquo;s time to help others solve problems through your knowledge vs. helping them come to the solution themselves.</li><li>
Change Agent &ndash; Be an advocate for change and experimentation.</li><li>
Facilitator &ndash; Guide respectful ways of working, handle disagreements, and assist in conflict resolution on your team. Be willing to step into &ldquo;the danger zone&rdquo; and help the team address &ldquo;the elephant in the room.&rdquo;</li><li>
Impediment Remover &ndash; If no one else can, then it falls to the Scrum Master to take the initiative to remove team and organizational impediments that are blocking the team from being able to make progress on features and functionality.</li></ul></li><li>

Support and comply with the company&rsquo;s Quality Management System policies and procedures.</li><li>

Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in related field as outlined in the essential duties; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 3 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree.</li><li>

Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, and accountability.</li><li>
Proven success facilitating Agile transformations and coaching teams through maturity stages.</li><li>
Experience working with cross-functional, distributed teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments and organizational change.</li><li>

$89,000.00 - $151,000.00 

The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible.

Position Overview
The Lead Data Scientist will drive operational excellence and strategic decision-making through advanced analytics, machine learning, and engineering. The individual in this role will lead through design, development, and deployment of data and machine learning-driven solutions to business problems. In this role, the Lead Data Scientist will work at the nexus of business priorities - patient insights, healthcare analytics, and operational efficiency applying data science techniques to optimize operations and enhance outcomes across our mission-driven initiatives.
Essential Duties

Apply machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence techniques to uncover patient behavioral insights, improve healthcare delivery, and drive financial sustainability.</li><li>

4+ years of demonstrated experience working with cloud computing and cloud engineering.</li><li>
4+ years of demonstrated experience working with SQL in an analytics capacity.</li><li>
2+ years of experience developing data science pipelines with CI/CD build processes.</li><li>
2+ years of experience training and developing junior staff.</li><li>
Professional working knowledge of statistics and modeling techniques.</li><li>
Professional working knowledge of open-source AI models.</li><li>

Position Overview</div><div>
The EHR Integration Analyst is the primary owner of Exacts&rsquo; EHR HL7 interfaces. This involves stewardship of both internal EHR integrations with other systems, as well as external integrations, such as order and result interfaces, with healthcare partners. The EHR Integration Analyst coordinates the technical design, analysis, validation, and issue triage necessary to implement and support their assigned interfaces. They work closely with client implementation project managers, operational teams, and other technical teams to ensure that new and existing interfaces meet the needs of our end users. They also work regularly with external partner teams during implementation and ongoing support of external interfaces.</div><div> 
The EHR Integration Analyst is responsible for building new integrations, augmenting and improving existing ones, and troubleshooting interface issues as they arise. They are also responsible for monitoring error work queues to understand data quality trends and make corrections when necessary. This position includes a rotating on-call responsibility.</div><div><div> 
Essential Duties</div><div>

Manage the entire cycle of interface application development, including analysis, design, specification, implementation, go&#8208;live, and support.</li><li>
Work closely with application teams, subject matter experts, and third&#8208;party application experts to determine the business needs for interfaces, document the requirements, and configure the interfaces per the requirements.</li><li>
Partner with external interface project teams to collaboratively build new connections.</li><li>
Partner with internal networking resources to configure and troubleshoot VPNs with external interface partners.</li><li>
Work with internal and external groups to diagnose and resolve interface&#8208;related issues.</li><li>
Work alongside the implementation project manager to ensure that high quality results are achieved and deadlines are met.</li><li>
Communicate challenges and roadblocks on projects to all of the relevant stakeholders and members of management.</li><li>
Provide proactive support by monitoring live interfaces and collaborating with experts to provide permanent resolutions to problems.</li><li>
Define the transport method by which source system data will be communicated to target systems.</li><li>
Analyze and manipulate external and internal data into an appropriate format for HL7 messaging between systems.</li><li>
Troubleshoot the data transport mechanism.</li><li>
Interpret the defined scope and defined business requirements for each dataset in the creation of each technical specification.</li><li>
Ability to understand data structures and documenting technical specifications detailing data elements and HL7 message structures.</li><li>
Communicate effectively and efficiently with both technical and non-technical audiences in meetings, virtual working sessions, emails, and phone calls.</li><li>
