Position Overview: </b>We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer to operate as the responsible engineer on multiple development projects on our fast-moving Emerging Product Engineering team. You will be responsible for managing and delivering project outcomes by actively working with product, design, and other senior engineering leaders within the company. Key Responsibilities:</b></p>

<li>Responsible for successful project delivery by leading deployment of working software to solve business problems, while supporting other engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
</li><li>Collaborate closely with the existing development teams to maintain momentum and alignment.
</li><li>Communicate with senior leadership and ensure cohesive product engineering operations.</li>
<li> Work in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality solutions within tight deadlines.</li>
<li> Solve complex problems and implement scalable solutions using best practices.</li>
<li> Adapt to team culture quickly, demonstrating a positive and collaborative approach, with consistent async communication.</li></ul><br>

<p><b>
What You Will Need to Succeed:</b></p>
<ul>
<li> 7+ years of demonstrated Engineering delivery to business outcomes (both hands on and leadership).</li>
<li>A strong understanding of microservices architecture and implementation.</li>
<li> A strong understanding of CI/CD, feature flags, DevOps, Security, and IaC best practices.</li>
<li> Strong understanding of AWS, deployment pipelines, Terraform, and other similar technologies.</li>
<li>Strong background in Node.js, Lambda, and the AWS ecosystem.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to get up to speed quickly in new environments and domains.</li>
<li>High level of self-motivation with a strong delivery mindset. &bull;</li>
<li>Proven track record of collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.</li>
<li>Bonus: Effectively incorporated AI into development workflows.</li>
