Job Title: Marketing Executive / Outreach Executive&ndash; Education SectorLocation: Anantapur, KadapaIndustry: Education / EdTech DivExperience: 0&ndash;4 yearsKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Promote educational courses in assigned &amp; neighbouring districts through field marketing.</li><li>Plan and execute marketing campaigns, workshops, seminars</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with principals, faculty, and education influencers.</li><li>Achieve monthly lead and admission targets.</li><li>Distribute marketing materials (pamphlets, brochures, banners) in relevant locations.</li><li>Use digital channels (WhatsApp, Facebook, local groups) to promote offerings locally.</li><li>Report daily activity, market feedback, and competitor analysis to the management.</li><li>Support tele calling, admissions, and counselling teams as needed.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, Business, or any discipline (MBA is a plus).</li><li>1&ndash;4 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or education promotions.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Telugu and English.</li><li>Knowledge of local geography and colleges, University&rsquo;s is a must.</li><li>Target-oriented, self-motivated, and team player.</li></ul>Preferred Locations for Hiring:Candidates from or willing to work in Kadapa, AnantapurJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;31,695.88 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
