We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Checker to join our quality control team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting finished apparel and bag products to ensure they meet the company&rsquo;s quality standards for stitching, construction, fit, labeling, and overall appearance. Your role is key to maintaining product consistency, reducing defects, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Inspect finished garments and bags for quality issues including stitching defects, misalignment, incorrect labeling, fabric damage, color mismatches, loose threads, and faulty trims or accessories.</li><li>Verify that products meet specifications, measurements, and brand standards as per the tech pack or production order.</li><li>Conduct in-line and final inspections during and after production.</li><li>Identify, segregate, and document defective items and communicate findings to the production or QC supervisor.</li><li>Ensure proper tagging, folding, and packaging of approved products.</li><li>Record daily inspection data and maintain quality reports for internal tracking.</li><li>Work closely with the production team to prevent recurring issues and suggest improvements.</li><li>Follow established SOPs and quality checklists for different product types.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized inspection area and handle products carefully.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Prior experience in quality checking for garments, fashion accessories, or bags is preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a good eye for identifying fabric and stitching issues.</li><li>Basic knowledge of garment construction, materials, and quality standards.</li><li>Ability to read measurement specs, tech packs, and quality checklists.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet inspection targets.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
