Job Title: Production ManagerDepartment: ManufacturingLocation: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar PradeshRole PurposeTo manage the daily operations of stitching, finishing, packing and ensure timely production as per buyer requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction PlanningCreate production plan based on orders and T&amp;A.Allocate machines to styles.Prepare daily target sheet for each line.Execution &amp; MonitoringSupervise stitching, overlock, flatlock, hemming, finishing, ironing.Follow up with printing, embroidery, sublimation vendors.Control wastage, rework, and idle time.Team ManagementLead stitching masters, tailors, helpers, finishing teams.Conduct weekly training on quality and efficiency.Maintain discipline and attendance.CoordinationWork closely with Merchandiser &amp; QA team.Ensure 100% on-time delivery.Coordinate with warehouse for fabric &amp; trims.MIS ReportingDaily production report.Line efficiency report.Rejection &amp; rework summary.Required Skills5+ years experience in garment production.Strong knowledge of fabrics and garment construction.Ability to handle 20&ndash;40 machines.CTC Range: &#8377;30,000 &ndash; &#8377;60,000Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
