We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, employee management skills, and hands-on experience in HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>End-to-end Recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-up)</li><li>Onboarding &amp; Documentation (offer letters, joining formalities, ID creation)</li><li>Attendance &amp; Leave Management</li><li>Payroll coordination with accounts</li><li>Maintain employee records and HR reports</li><li>Handle employee queries and resolve issues</li><li>Conduct induction programs and employee engagement activities</li><li>Assist in performance appraisal process</li><li>Implement HR policies and ensure compliance</li><li>Coordinate with management for HR requirements</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Good communication (Tamil &amp; English)</li><li>Basic HR compliance knowledge</li><li>MS Excel &amp; HR software knowledge (preferred)</li><li>Recruitment &amp; people management skills</li><li>Problem-solving attitude</li><li>Ability to multitask</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Any degree (MBA HR preferred)</li><li>1&ndash;3 years HR experience</li><li>Freshers with good communication can also apply (if you want to allow)</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Attractive salary + incentives</li><li>Training &amp; career growth</li><li>Friendly work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;9,423.79 - &#8377;30,223.27 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
