Job Description:We are a high-performing Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) seeking an Operations Support Specialist to help support daily operations and driver performance.This role works closely with dispatch and leadership to keep the day running smoothly, support drivers in real time, and assist with performance follow-up and operational tasks behind the scenes.We&rsquo;re looking for someone with Amazon DSP experience who understands the delivery environment, communicates professionally, and can help maintain strong standards while supporting the team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support daily dispatch and in-route driver communication</li><li>Assist drivers with real-time issues and route challenges</li><li>Help follow up on performance items (safety, delivery quality, etc.)</li><li>Assist with coaching documentation and write-ups as needed</li><li>Support scheduling and staffing adjustments</li><li>Help review timecards and flag issues for payroll accuracy</li><li>Communicate professionally with drivers, leadership, and station personnel</li><li>Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to keep the team running efficiently</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Amazon DSP experience (lead driver, dispatcher, or similar)</li><li>Strong communication skills and professionalism</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Reliable and able to perform in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Comfortable supporting both drivers and leadership</li><li>Able to hold standards while maintaining positive working relationships</li><li>Team-first mindset with strong accountability</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Dispatch or lead driver experience</li><li>Experience with driver coaching, write-ups, or performance follow-up</li><li>Familiarity with scheduling and/or payroll systems</li><li>Experience communicating with station personnel</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Full-time, stable position</li><li>Organized, high-performing team environment</li><li>Opportunity to take on additional responsibilities over time</li></ul>Pay: From $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
