Per Diem / Part-Time Physician &ndash; Physical Disability EvaluationsLocation: Miami, Fl 33169Compensation: $90&ndash;$110 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)Position Type: Per Diem / Part-TimeAbout the Role:We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Physician (MD or DO) to perform physical disability evaluations on a per diem or part-time basis. This position is ideal for a medical professional seeking flexible hours and a low-stress clinical environment. The role involves conducting thorough medical assessments, reviewing documentation, and completing disability determination reports &mdash; no ongoing patient care or prescribing required.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct physical examinations to evaluate functional impairments related to disability claims</li><li>Review and interpret relevant medical records and supporting documentation</li><li>Complete structured medical evaluation reports within a specified timeframe</li><li>Provide expert opinions based on clinical findings</li><li>Collaborate with case managers, claims examiners, or legal teams as needed</li><li>Maintain compliance with all applicable medical and legal standards</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution</li><li>Active and unrestricted state medical license (multiple state licenses a plus)</li><li>Experience in disability evaluations, physical medicine, internal medicine, family medicine, or related fields preferred</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills</li><li>Comfortable with documentation and electronic medical records (EMR)</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Flexibility:<ul><li>Flexible scheduling (weekday and/or weekend availability)</li><li>Shifts range from 4&ndash;8 hours</li><li>Remote opportunities may be available, depending on the scope of exams and local regulations</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay ($90&ndash;$110/hr)</li><li>Low-stress, non-treatment role</li><li>Professional support team and structured training</li><li>Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in people's lives</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $90.00 - $110.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 per weekWork Location: In person
