Who You Are:
Excelacom is seeking a Data Analyst with 1&ndash;5 years of professional experience supporting data-driven business decisions. You should have strong skills in writing SQL queries, building interactive Tableau dashboards, and performing detailed data analysis. The ideal candidate has a passion for transforming raw data into actionable insights and can work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, validate data accuracy, and support client deliverables. 
At the Analyst-Level, you will support business solutions through research, data collection, and analysis, contribute to client deliverables and proposals, take ownership of tasks, and embody the firm&rsquo;s brand and core values. 
Role and Responsibilities:
You may work on various projects throughout your career with Excelacom. The roles and responsibilities noted below pertain to the specific role listed above.<ul><li>
Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate complex datasets</li><li>
Create and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations</li><li>
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into usable analytics</li><li>
Perform data quality checks and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data</li><li>
Assist in developing KPIs, analytical summaries, and presentations for clients</li><li>
Support client deliverables by providing data insights, reports, and ad-hoc analysis</li><li>
Document data sources, processes, and visualization logic</li><li>
Work with cross-functional teams across business, product, and technology groups</li><li>
In addition to delivering at the client site, you will occasionally be tasked in productizing Excelacom&rsquo;s work, contributing to our Center of Excellence and intermittently working on Excelacom proposals to the client.</li></ul> 
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
1&ndash;5 years of professional experience working with data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting</li><li>
Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, table structures, stored procedures, data validation, performance optimization)</li><li>
Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau</li><li>
Ability to analyze large datasets and summarize findings for technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>
Experience documenting processes, logic, and requirements</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required, preferably in Computer Science or related field</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)</li><li>
Strong math, written and verbal communication skills with an analytical approach</li></ul> 
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Basic understanding of database structures, ETL processes, or data warehousing concepts</li><li>
Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus</li><li>
Knowledge of Agile environments or project-based delivery</li><li>
Prior experience in Telecommunications, Media, or Cable is highly preferred</li><li>
Experience in a professional office environment or relevant internship experience</li></ul> 
Compensation and Benefits:
Excelacom offers competitive salaries, health and wellness benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and career growth opportunities. For regular full-time employees, the estimated salary range is from $60,000 to $80,000/yr.
