Job description:Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist Location: Jail Road, Lahore Department: Administration Reports to: Admin ManagerJob Summary:We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily office operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.</li><li>Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.</li><li>Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.</li><li>Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.</li><li>Provide basic and accurate information to visitors or callers.</li><li>Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments for scheduled appointments.</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence or courier dispatches.</li><li>Maintain inventory of front office supplies and place orders when necessary.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or Intermediate with relevant experience.</li><li>Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Professional attitude and appearance.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
