They are adept at building rapport, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Appointment Setting: Schedule client visits to our office, ensuring efficient coordination and confirming appointments.</li><li>Consultation and Closing: Conduct thorough consultations, present our services, and use effective sales techniques to achieve closure.</li><li>Lead Generation: Actively participate in lead generation efforts through calls, emails, and networking.</li><li>Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships, ensure satisfaction post-visit, and maintain CRM records.</li><li>Product and Market Knowledge: Stay updated on services and industry trends to provide informed advice.</li><li>Administrative Duties: Prepare reports, coordinate logistics for client visits, and adhere to sales processes.</li><li>Team Collaboration and Development: Work collaboratively with teams, participate in training, and continuously improve sales skills.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in selling services such as EdTech, Life Insurance, Banking, etc.</li><li>Male candidates preferred.</li><li>Familiar with CRM systems</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office</li><li>Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on Excellence Training Centre success</li><li>Critical thinking and problem-solving skills</li><li>Team player</li><li>Great interpersonal and communication skills</li></ul>Note: If you consider yourself an average candidate, please do not apply.Contract Duration:<ul><li>5 years, with the possibility of extension upon mutual agreement</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Basic Salary: QR 2,000</li><li>Settling Down Allowance: QR 1,000 (for the first 3 months)</li><li>Commission: 10%, Average Salesperson: QR 5,000 to QR 8,000 per month.
