 Your Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>

 Lead with Excellence: Work alongside the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to uphold high-quality care.
 </li>
 <li>
 Daily Oversight: Conduct rounds to ensure nursing protocols and standards are exceeded.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resident Care: Provide compassionate, person-centered care while addressing concerns efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compliance and Surveys: Participate in facility surveys, ensuring all standards are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team Leadership: Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Education and Training: Conduct in-service training to ensure staff remains informed on best practices and regulatory updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Incident Reporting: Investigate and document any incidents, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Care Planning: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and review resident care plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Emergency Response: Act promptly in emergency situations, providing direction and ensuring resident and staff safety.
 </li>
 <li>
 Quality Assurance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Valid RN License in the state of Florida
 </li>
 <li>
 Nursing home or long-term care experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
