The Senior Risk Analyst plays a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial, operational, strategic, and reputational risks within Exclusive Collective&rsquo;s portfolio of high‑end luxury destination and club environments. This position helps safeguard company assets, protect member experiences, and support regulatory compliance across a global portfolio of properties, vendors, and services.</div><div>
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, experience with risk management information systems, and a solid understanding of insurance and risk frameworks&mdash;preferably within hospitality, travel, luxury services, or real estate.</div><div>
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><div><b>
Enterprise Risk Management</b></div><div><ul><li>
Identify, assess, and monitor enterprise‑wide risks across financial, operational, strategic, and reputational categories</li><li>
Analyze loss, claim, and incident data to identify trends and recommend mitigation strategies</li><li>
Partner cross‑functionally to reduce operational risk through safety protocols, training, and guidelines</li></ul></div><div><b>
Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS)</b></div><div><ul><li>
Participate in the design, implementation, and ongoing management of a comprehensive RMIS, including:</li><li>
Capturing exposure data across entities and properties</li><li>
Tracking insurance policies, endorsements, and correspondence</li><li>
Recording incidents and distinguishing costs that become claims</li><li>
Monitoring uninsured losses and related expenses</li><li>
Allocating insurance costs across business units for budgeting and reporting</li></ul></div><div><b>
Insurance &amp; Vendor Risk</b></div><div><ul><li>
Support the development and management of a complex, multi‑line insurance program</li><li>
Oversee vendor insurance compliance and assist with contract review to mitigate third‑party risk</li><li>
File insurance claims and proofs of loss and track claim progress and recoveries</li><li>
Participate in meetings with insurers and brokers, providing input on coverage structure and risk solutions</li></ul></div><div><b>
Financial Analysis &amp; Reporting</b></div><div><ul><li>
Produce risk analytics, dashboards, and executive‑level reporting for leadership and ownership groups</li><li>
Develop reports supporting budgeting, premium allocation, and key metrics for operational and financial performance</li><li>
Provide Finance with risk exposure data and analysis to support forecasting and budgeting</li><li>
Prepare board‑ready materials, including the annual risk management stewardship report</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:</div><div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s degree preferred)</li><li>
5&ndash;8+ years of experience in risk management or insurance, preferably within hospitality, travel, luxury services, or real estate</li><li>
Strong knowledge of risk management information systems and insurance programs</li><li>
Experience with financial modeling and data analytics</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Excel; strong working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint</li><li>
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills</li></ul></div></div>
