The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, revenue generation, corporate client acquisition, and strategic partnerships across local and international markets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.</li><li>Identify and acquire new corporate clients, institutional partners, and business opportunities.</li><li>Generate and manage the B2B sales pipeline from lead generation to successful closure.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, HR/L&amp;D leaders, institutions, and strategic partners.</li><li>Identify new markets, industries, and opportunities for expansion of Exeed SOLO and PLAYBOOK solutions.</li><li>Promote corporate learning, professional development, upskilling, reskilling, and higher education solutions to prospective clients.</li><li>Develop and present customised proposals, presentations, and commercial solutions based on client requirements.</li><li>Develop strategic partnerships, referral networks, and business channels to support revenue growth.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing, Academic, Product, and Operations teams to develop and implement business-development initiatives.</li><li>Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue targets through CRM and reporting systems.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to improve sales efficiency and business performance.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Enterprise Sales.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue through B2B sales.</li><li>Experience in EdTech, Higher Education or related industries is preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales reporting, and pipeline management.</li><li>Ability to conduct market research and identify new markets, industries, and revenue opportunities.</li><li>Willingness to travel for client meetings, business development activities, and industry events when required.</li></ul>Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
