 About The Role
 
 
 
 The Sales Manager will play a central role in further growing ExeQut's presence in Saudi Arabia by building a strong pipeline, developing trusted client relationships, and closing high-value technology consulting engagements.
 
 
 This role blends hands-on business development with account leadership, requiring someone who understands the dynamics of selling into Saudi government entities, semi-government organizations, and large enterprise customers.
 
 
 You will work closely with leadership, delivery teams, and pre-sales resources to shape opportunities, position ExeQuts capabilities, and ensure successful deal closure.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Sales Leadership and Revenue Growth
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Lead ExeQuts sales activities across government, semi-government, and enterprise sectors within Saudi Arabia.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and manage a disciplined sales process covering pipeline creation, opportunity qualification, forecasting, and pursuit management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, relationship-building, shaping requirements, coordinating proposals, negotiation, and closing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expand ExeQuts presence with strategic accounts, including ministries, authorities, regulators, giga projects, banks, telecom operators, and large enterprises.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop strong client relationships at senior and executive levels, positioning ExeQut as a trusted technology partner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with the delivery, pre-sales, and proposal teams to ensure solutions are aligned to customer needs and compliance requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide market intelligence and insights on competitor activity, customer trends, and sector priorities.

 </ul>
 
 Partnerships and Ecosystem Development
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Build and manage relationships with local technology partners, system integrators, and channel partners to expand market reach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support co-selling and joint pursuit activities with key technology vendors and service delivery partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify partnership opportunities that enhance ExeQut's ability to deliver large-scale transformation projects.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Operational Sales Excellence
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and CRM hygiene.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all opportunities follow proper governance, qualification, and approval processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy, sector targeting, account planning, and market positioning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal teams to support development of client presentations, proposals, RFP responses, and commercial structures.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 8-10 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development within consulting, technology services, digital transformation, or IT solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success selling into Saudi government and large enterprise organizations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of KSA procurement models, including Etimad, RFP processes, vendor registration, and contract award cycles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to close complex six- and seven-figure professional services engagements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Established network within key Saudi sectors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and experience working in cross-functional environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English and Arabic required.
