Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.</li><li>Plan and manage monthly content calendars.</li><li>Create engaging captions, stories, reels concepts, and campaign ideas aligned with the brand.</li><li>Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and salon staff to generate high-quality content.</li><li>Capture behind-the-scenes content, client transformations, service highlights, and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Manage daily posting schedules and community engagement.</li><li>Respond to comments, messages, inquiries, and online reviews professionally.</li><li>Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas.</li><li>Collaborate with influencers, beauty bloggers, and brand ambassadors.</li><li>Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports.</li><li>Assist in planning and executing seasonal campaigns, promotions, and events.</li></ul>Requirements⚠️ MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE SALON, BEAUTY, FASHION, LUXURY LIFESTYLE, OR RELATED INDUSTRY. APPLICATIONS WITHOUT RELEVANT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.<ul><li>Female candidate preferred.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management.</li><li>Experience managing beauty, salon, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands will be highly preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and social media best practices.</li><li>Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.</li><li>Ability to create engaging content ideas and reel concepts.</li><li>Basic photography, videography, and content editing skills are a plus.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>Passion for beauty, wellness, luxury brands, and customer experience.</li></ul>Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
