This is a <b>1099 commission‑only role</b> ideal for someone who loves networking, generating leads, and owning their income potential.</p>

<h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You'll Do</b></h1>
<ul><li>Generate <b>20&ndash;30 qualified leads per month</b> from local business owners</li><li>
Network with CPAs, lenders, wealth advisors, attorneys, and other referral partners</li><li>
Attend community events, business groups, networking functions, and owner meetups</li><li>
Conduct discovery conversations with business owners</li><li><ul><li>Close <b>3 or more Exit Assessments per month</b></li></ul></li><li>
Use our CRM to manage your pipeline and follow up efficiently</li><li>
Build your own market presence with full brand and marketing support from Exit Factor</li></ul>

Strong communication and discovery skills</li><li>
Confidence and credibility with business owners</li><li>
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline</li><li>
Comfort with commission‑only compensation</li><li>
