<ul><li>Pay Type: Hourly plus production bonus incentives, in accordance with EXL&rsquo;s policies
</li><li>Total compensation for this position, which is a combination of an hourly base rate plus production bonus incentives, is targeted between $50K&ndash;$70K in total earnings within the first year. :

Working from your home office, this role requires scheduling appointments with the insured to be audited and obtain necessary documentation for our insurance company client audits all while adhering to customer requirements and quality standards.

</li><li>Ability to work independently from home.
</li><li>Experience with the MS Office Suite (excel, word, outlook, etc.)

Master Premium Insurance Auditor - Remote

<div>Job Description: The Provider Touch Specialist will be responsible for managing provider relations and service interactions within their assigned team. Acting as a key liaison, this individual will support external providers with audit inquiries, claims reimbursement progress, and training on portal navigation and service enhancements. The role also involves guiding providers on claim audit record submissions, timelines, and process adherence.
The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying operational gaps, resolving complex claims issues, and effectively communicating solutions. This role is critical in fostering and maintaining strong relationships between EXL and our valued providers while ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Salary Range: $65,000 &ndash; $80,000 (based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
 
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
Up to 10% annual travel (for team meetings and limited client onsite engagements.)
