Our drivers play a key role in delivering the level of professionalism and service our healthcare customers depend on every day.As we continue expanding across South Florida, we are looking for dependable team members who want to grow with a company that is building something meaningful in the healthcare industry.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Non-CDL Route Driver / Service Technician to service healthcare facilities throughout South Florida.This role involves operating a company vehicle along a scheduled route, collecting regulated medical waste from clinics, laboratories, and medical offices, and transporting materials safely and in compliance with industry regulations.Drivers are often the face of Exodus when interacting with healthcare staff. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable providing professional service to customers.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Service scheduled customer routes throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County</li><li>Collect medical waste containers from healthcare offices and clinics</li><li>Safely load and transport containers using proper handling procedures</li><li>Use a hand truck or dolly to move containers from storage areas to the service vehicle</li><li>Complete required service documentation using mobile apps and manifests</li><li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections</li><li>Ensure materials are properly labeled, secured, and transported</li><li>Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization</li><li>Communicate professionally with healthcare staff and office managers</li><li>Participate in safety and compliance training</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li><li>Bilingual (English / Spanish) required</li><li>Comfortable driving throughout South Florida</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Ability to use a smartphone app for service documentation</li><li>Organized and able to follow established procedures</li><li>Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded</li><li>Must be able to meet DOT medical requirements if required</li></ul>Prior experience as a medical waste technician, route driver, courier, or delivery driver is helpful but not required.We will train the right candidate.Physical Requirements<ul><li>Lift and carry containers up to 50 lbs</li><li>Push and maneuver wheeled containers using a hand truck or dolly</li><li>Load and unload materials from the truck</li><li>Climb in and out of the vehicle throughout the day</li><li>Walk moderate distances inside healthcare facilities</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Full-time position</li><li>Monday &ndash; Friday typical schedule</li><li>Daytime service routes throughout South Florida</li></ul>Why Join Exodus<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Stable weekday schedule</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company</li><li>Supportive, team-focused environment</li><li>Our employees become like family</li></ul>At Exodus Waste Solutions, our drivers are more than route operators &mdash; they are trusted professionals who help us deliver reliable service to the healthcare community.Apply TodayIf you are dependable, safety-focused, and enjoy working independently while providing great service to customers, we encourage you to apply.Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you fluent in both English and Spanish?</li><li>Do you have a clean driving record that would allow you to be insured by a commercial auto insurance policy?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
