We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating visually appealing designs for both digital and print media, with a strong emphasis on social media graphics, logos, and marketing materials.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create visually stunning designs for social media, websites, logos, and other digital platforms.</li><li>Develop creative concepts and design assets in line with brand guidelines.</li><li>Understand and apply design theory (color, layout, typography) and design psychology to improve user experience and engagement.</li><li>Design, edit, and optimize videos and reels for various platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver consistent, high-quality designs.</li><li>Assist in the creation of basic UI/UX designs.</li><li>Stay updated on design trends and implement them where appropriate.</li></ul>Mandatory Skills:<ul><li>Social Media Design: Experience in creating visuals for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.</li><li>Logo Design: Ability to design impactful and memorable logos.</li><li>Design Theory: Strong understanding of color theory, layout, and typography.</li><li>Design Psychology: Knowledge of how design elements affect user behavior and emotions.</li><li>Video Editing &amp; Reels: Basic video editing skills, including reel creation for social media platforms.</li><li>UI/UX Design (Basics): Understanding of user experience and interface design principles.</li></ul>Tools You Must Know:<ul><li>Adobe Photoshop</li><li>Adobe Illustrator</li><li>Canva</li></ul>Nice-to-Have Skills:<ul><li>Familiarity with CorelDRAW for vector-based designs.</li><li>Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for advanced video editing and animations.</li><li>Knowledge of Figma for collaborative UI/UX design.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design or a related role.</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>How to Apply:Please send your resume, portfolio to pooja@exogenoustechnology.com or whataspp @ 8521285176.
