Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Monitor exercise participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
</li><li>Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes, catering to various fitness levels.
</li><li>Conduct fitness assessments, prescribe personalized exercise plans, and design effective workout programs for a wide range of clients, including high-risk populations.
</li><li>Offer one-on-one consultations, personalized training, and motivation to help clients succeed in their fitness journeys.
</li><li>Assist in covering tasks that carry out the plans to implement incentive, health promotion, and other specialty programs, with the goal of driving engagement
</li><li>Manage administrative tasks related to fitness facility operations.
</li><li>Assist with additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
</li><li>Have availability to pick up shifts on an as needed basis.
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Current certification from a nationally accredited industry association such as NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE and/or
</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
</li><li>Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification Required.
</li><li>Proven experience in leading and teaching group exercise classes.
</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality, strong customer service abilities, and a talent for building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:
We're seeking a Lifeguard to join our team. As our new Lifeguard you will:
<ul><li>Maintain watch over the pool area ensuring a secure and safe environment
</li><li>Employ accident prevention by enforcing pool rules and regulations
</li><li>Respond to all injuries, incidents, and emergencies as directed by club policy
</li><li>Teach private &amp; group swim lesson to kids and adults of all abilities
</li><li>Assist in the development, implementation and marketing of innovative swim programs
</li><li>Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the aquatics center
</li></ul>The Ideal Candidate would have:
<ul><li>Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
</li><li>Current accredited Lifeguarding Certification or the ability to obtain the certification at the time of hire
</li><li>Prior experience lifeguarding or teaching swim lessons
</li><li>Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain the certification at the time of hire
</li></ul>Residents of California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $17.00/hour to $17.70/hour. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Additionally, Exos offers a variety of part time benefits (subject to eligibility requirements).
