Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Manage the integration of Exotec products and third-party systems on our customer warehouse, distribution and/or fulfillment sites</li>
<li>Ensure system reliability by actively participating to the commissioning process on customer sites</li>
<li>Plan, coordinate and carry out the validation test of the systems</li>
<li>Measure, improve and maintain reliability of the entire solution during all deployment phases</li>
<li>Coordinate and implement software improvements to the systems</li>
<li>Communicate directly with customers to fulfill their needs and requirements</li>
<li>Inform the operational team on project progress</li>
</ul>Requirements

<li>
At least 1 year of commissioning robotic systems and/or equipment, ideally in the industrial automation, materials handling, warehousing and/or logistics sectors</li>
<li>BS degree in mechatronics, robotics, mechanical or electrical engineering or a similar field of study</li>
<li>Flexibility with travel up to 100% of working hours, both domestic and international, to client sites across North America</li>
<li>Broad knowledge on software, mechanical and electrical engineering with the ability to work on both mechanical troubleshooting and software configuration</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD</li>
<li>An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving ability</li>
<li>Ability to meet physical demands of job: occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent standing &amp; walking (our Field Engineers can average 15K steps per day!) and working on equipment overhead and at ground-level
