Job Description:<ul><li>We are looking for a Sales Associate with experience in selling wallets, bags, and perfumes. The ideal candidate should have a passion for luxury retail and excellent customer service skills.</li></ul>External Interaction Relationship:<ul><li>Customers</li></ul>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Respond to customers; questions and inquiries regarding available products.</li><li>Provide detailed information regarding the brand, in a bid to assist customers in making purchasing decisions.</li><li>Introduces newly arrived products to the customers and also guiding them with the usage of the products, as required.</li><li>Encourage customers to make additional purchases, to ensure that sales targets are met.</li><li>Ensuring that the 4Ps of marketing are kept into account.</li><li>Scan each item, ensuring that the correct price has been displayed, and total all items.</li><li>Understands and promotes company programs.</li><li>Coordinates sales efforts with marketing programs.</li><li>Meets and exceeds sales goals and quotas.</li><li>Ensures that shelf stock is clean and that the stock is not expired or damaged.</li><li>Performs other assignments as required from the management.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPI):<ul><li>Meeting Sales Targets</li><li>Customer satisfaction</li></ul>RequirementsQualification:<ul><li>Previous experience in selling wallets, bags and perfumes is a must.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced retails environment.</li><li>Passion for fashion, accessories, and fragrances.</li><li>A college level or equivalent is a MUST.
