Operations Manager &ndash; Digital Marketing Exotto is hiring an Operations Manager to lead our delivery function and manage a 20+ member digital marketing team. This role will oversee client success, project execution, and internal marketing initiatives while acting as a key partner to the CEO.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring KPIs and retention goals are met.</li><li>Manage client onboarding, set expectations, and resolve escalations.</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of 20+ marketers (DMMs, TLs, Sr. DMEs, DMEs).</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, HR, and leadership to align delivery with business goals.</li><li>Develop and implement SOPs to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.</li><li>Drive team training, upskilling, and adoption of AI tools and automation.</li><li>Track KPIs and present weekly performance reports to stakeholders.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in digital marketing operations and project delivery.</li><li>Strong knowledge of inbound &amp; outbound marketing (email, LinkedIn, SEO, paid ads).</li><li>Proficiency with CRMs, marketing automation, and project management tools.</li><li>Proven success in client retention and KPI-driven performance.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience in hiring, mentoring, and resource allocation.</li></ul>Apply today and be a key driver of Exotto&rsquo;s growth!Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,649.89 - &#8377;75,681.71 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Digital marketing: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
