We&rsquo;re looking for a driven and experienced Real Estate Ads Specialist with a strong track record in generating quality leads through Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in real estate lead generation, with the ability to craft and execute high-performing ad campaigns that drive results. Experience with Bitrix CRM is a plus.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ad Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage targeted ad campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok to generate leads for real estate listings, property sales, and services.</li><li>Lead Generation Strategy: Design and execute lead generation strategies tailored to real estate goals, utilizing a combination of search ads, display ads, social media ads, and video ads.</li><li>Data Analysis &amp; Optimization: Track campaign performance, analyze results, and continually optimize ads to maximize lead quality and ROI.</li><li>Creative Direction: Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ads are visually compelling and effectively convey the message to target audiences.</li><li>Budget Management: Oversee ad budgets, ensuring optimal spend allocation across channels to maximize performance.</li><li>Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation.</li><li>Reporting: Regularly report on campaign performance to stakeholders, with clear insights on conversion rates, cost per lead, and overall lead quality.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in real estate lead generation (3-5 years) with a strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok advertising platforms.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to create and optimize high-converting ads and landing pages for real estate audiences.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and suggest improvements.</li><li>Experience managing advertising budgets with a focus on cost-effective lead generation.</li><li>Knowledge of real estate marketing trends and audience behavior.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to report on performance metrics clearly.</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Experience with Bitrix CRM or similar lead management software.</li><li>Experience with CRM tools and lead nurturing strategies.</li><li>A passion for real estate and staying updated with industry trends.</li></ul>Our Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience and skills.</li><li>Flight ticket to and from your work location (if applicable).</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and professional development in a dynamic team environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
