Financial Planning &amp; Analysisa) Prepare financial reports, forecasts and budgets.b) Analyse financial performance and provide insights to management.c) Assist in strategic decision-making by providing financial models and cost analysis.2. Accounting Operationsa) Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including AP/AR, ledger management and reconciliations.b) Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial transactions in Tally.c) Monitor cash flows, bank transactions and working capital requirements.3. Taxation &amp; Compliancea) Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory returns.b) Liaise with external consultants, auditors and authorities for assessments and compliance.c) Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and laws and ensure organizational compliance.4. Audit &amp; Internal Controlsa) Coordinate internal with CA for audits and ensuring timely closure of audit queries.b) Implement internal financial controls and identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.5. Team Managementa) Lead and mentor the finance team.b) Allocate workloads, set goals and conduct performance reviews.6. Foreign Payment Remittancea) Manage and coordinate all foreign payment remittances including vendor payments, freight, brokerage, agency commissions, or international expenses.b) Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI guidelines, and other regulatory requirements for foreign remittance.c) Prepare and maintain all documentation related to outward remittances, including Form 15CA/CB, bank instructions, and supporting documents.d) Liaise with banks and foreign vendors to ensure timely processing and settlement.Other Responsibilitiesa) Manage payroll and employee reimbursement processes.b) Monitor vendor payments and negotiate payment terms.c) Prepare MIS reports for management on a weekly/monthly basis.d) Support management in financial presentations and meetings.e) Handle banking relationships and negotiate credit facilities when required.Requirements- Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Education: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com</li><li>Experience: Minimum 7&ndash;10 years of relevant experience at Managerial &amp; Decision Making Position.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, compliance and financial reporting.</li><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP and other financial software.</li><li>Advanced MS Excel &amp; PowerPoint skills.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li></ul>Contact - 96257 39060 / 95996 51700 Email - hr@expedite-world.com / hrd@expedite-world.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
