Job Title: Centre HeadLocation: Pune &ndash; Baner &amp; Koregaon ParkKey Responsibilities1. Centre Management:<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards of service delivery.</li><li>Manage budgets to ensure cost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets.</li><li>Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as patient satisfaction, treatment outcomes, and revenue generation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.</li></ul>2. Team Leadership:<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of physiotherapists, administrative staff, and healthcare professionals.</li><li>Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.</li><li>Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and high morale.</li></ul>3. Patient Care:<ul><li>Ensure patients receive the highest level of care and effective treatment plans.</li><li>Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.</li><li>Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement new treatment protocols and services.</li></ul>4. Business Development:<ul><li>Drive patient acquisition and retention strategies to meet growth targets.</li><li>Develop and execute BTL marketing initiatives such as community outreach, health camps, workshops, and business partnerships.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, and other referral sources.</li></ul>5. Quality Assurance:<ul><li>Regularly review and assess service quality at the centre.</li><li>Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives for patient care and operational efficiency.</li></ul>6.
