Job Description 
Major Tasks &amp; Responsibilities:
(include but not limited to)<ul><li>
Ensure smooth and timely process flow of customs files.</li><li>
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system and billing.</li><li>
Track and trace customs files as required. This can be either internally via exp.o or externally via carrier websites or by telephone to carrier offices</li><li>
Interact with our customers in arranging their customs brokerage process meeting customer service standards</li><li>
Contribute to maintaining good relationships with service providers</li><li>
Meet compliance at all times with internal and external regulations in accordance with government regulations</li><li>
Understand customs department process flow, looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity</li><li>
Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are in place and updated</li><li>
Meet KPI standards in accordance with the Company&rsquo;s procedure</li><li>
Verify and ensure documents are timely sent to customer for customs purposes.</li><li>
Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)</li><li>
Escalation of problems with management when necessary</li><li>
Meets company standards of 52 hours training per year</li><li>
Attend training classes when required</li><li>
Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and performing the task at hand with outstanding integrity and pride.</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li> 
Qualifications
Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.</li><li>
Having Brokerage B Licence ( Preferentially)</li><li>
Proactive, strong organizational skills.</li><li>
Good computer skills (Excel, Word, MS office).</li><li>
Fluent in English.</li><li>
Turkish is a must.</li><li>
A university degree in logistics or international trade is prefered.</li><li>
Understanding shipment documentation process is a plus.</li><li>
Previous customer service experience is a plus.</li></ul>

Job Description 
Air Export AOG Agent will serve in an operations capacity, responsible for processing export shipments including accompanying export documentation. Major duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to:?<ul><li>
Track and Trace shipments.</li><li>
Prepare, handle, and process shipment documentation- including house and master air waybills, commercial documents, and customs/regulatory documents.</li><li>
Accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.</li><li>
Dispatch freight.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, other Expeditors offices worldwide, and co-workers through high volume of email, phone, instant message, and person to person.</li><li>
Monitor reports.</li><li>
Accurate and timely client billing.</li><li>
Contribute to maintaining strong service provider relationships- airlines, trucking companies, and others.</li><li>
Maintain compliance standards at all times- including internal policies and procedures, external government regulations, and customer requirements.</li><li>
Meet key performance indicators to support department, branch, product, and company goals.</li><li>
Desire to understand overall department process flow and constantly seek opportunities for improved efficiency.</li><li>
Training and Development - must obtain required 52 hours of?annual training. (company provided)</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Effective interpersonal skills - including the ability to listen, comprehend and to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.</li><li>
Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical.?</li><li>
Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li><li>
