Job Description 
Job description 
The Legal Manager role will support the Company in all legal matters including
(a) Contract Negotiation &amp; Drafting: Drafting, review and negotiation of various client and vendor contracts and other documents assisting the business and corporate functions. Assisting the administration and procurement teams in any queries or contracts with respect to any offices of the Company.
(b) Legal Advice to any queries involving the Company: Providing strategic advice to internal stakeholders on various queries relating to Indian laws and its application to our services and operations.
(c) Employment Law Advice: Advising the HR team in any employment law related query, reviewing employment policies and assisting in any employee disputes including drafting of any communication in line with requirement.
(d) Data Privacy and Cross Border data transfer: Assisting in any queries for any cross border data privacy related query or intercompany data processing agreements in line with applicable data privacy laws.
(e) Drafting Policies and Documentation: Analysing, drafting relevant policies, procedures and documents while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislations, regulations and as per industry best practices.
(f) Dispute Resolution: managing any disputes related to the Company including any legal notices or litigation or arbitration.
What you'll need to bring along<ul><li>
Minimum 7 years of experience working on legal team / department or a law firm.</li><li>
Experience in managing and resolving complaints, legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.</li><li>
Experience managing a diverse set of stakeholders and cross-functional teams from project initiation through close</li><li>
Someone who is looking to take responsibility for drafting, negotiating and managing contracts, amendments and other documents executed by the Company</li><li>
Assist and advice the Company on all legal matters</li><li>
Being the internal point of contact for legal advice and providing broad advice to internal departments on legal and contractual matters including employment matters.</li><li>
Deep expertise and understanding of data privacy and technology laws</li><li>
Conducting training sessions for employees on legal topics relevant to the company's operations.</li><li>
Develop and maintain processes which provide clear and concise compliance support for the business</li></ul>

Legal Manager

<div>Location: Mumbai/Hyderabad
Experience: 12-15 years
What will you be doing?<ul><li>
Primarily writing high-quality, efficient code for full-stack applications using Java and modern frameworks.</li><li>
Taking end-to-end ownership of development&mdash;from design, coding, testing, and deployment.</li><li>
Building and integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.</li><li>
Applying architectural principles and best practices to deliver robust solutions.</li><li>
Ensuring application performance through memory management and multi-threading techniques.</li><li>
Collaborating on DevOps processes and working in Linux/Unix environments.</li><li>

Senior Technical Analyst

<div>Job description<ul><li>
You will be #LI-hybrid based in Hyderabad and reporting to manager.</li><li>
This is individual contributor (Non-Managerial) role</li><li>
Must have experience working on High-Availability and Load-Balanced EPM Infrastructure environments.</li><li>
Should possess analytical and development experience on Oracle EPM Hyperion Product suite, including Essbase, Planning, FDMEE, Financial reports, Hyperion Financial Management, DRM, Oracle Data Integrator.</li><li>
Familiarity with Oracle cloud products, such as EDMCS, FCCS, and EPBCS and migration from on-premise to EPM cloud.</li><li>
Support on-premise migration to EPM cloud, data integrations to cloud applications.</li><li>
Lead in the design, development, testing and implementation activities relating to project deliverables</li><li>
Expected to lead process improvement initiatives.</li><li>
Perform periodic maintenance such as loading, clearing and copying data in HFM</li><li>
Provide application production support, analyze, design, develop, code, and implement programs to support Hyperion/Business Intelligence systems.</li><li>

Define the rule files to manage the metadata and data load cube build processes using Hyperion Essbase</li><li>
Manage partitions and customized aggregations on the multidimensional Essbase cubes</li><li>
Experience handling the installation and configuration of Oracle EPM Hyperion products</li><li>
Must have excellent understanding of PSU's and CPU's patches in relation to the Hyperion and OAS Products.</li><li>
Familiarity with MAXL for automating the Essbase tasks and EPM automate for cloud applications</li><li>
Support EDMCS batch processing for the import and export operations</li><li>
Automation of windows batch scripts and Linux scripts for Hyperion applications</li><li>
Expected to assist and mentor less experienced team members.</li><li>
Expected to support and streamline daily Batch Jobs/scheduled jobs and automate the same.</li></ul>
