<p>As a Senior Designer, you&rsquo;ll be the bridge between sharp strategy and stunning visuals. You&rsquo;ll craft brand narratives through design systems, campaign identities, and digital experiences that are both meaningful and beautiful. You&rsquo;ll mentor young creatives, challenge conventions, and shape work that moves audiences and drives results.</p>

<ul><li>Be the visual voice of the brand &mdash; crafting designs that don&rsquo;t just look good but speak.</li><li>
Lead the design process from spark to finish &mdash; concept, layout, execution, and everything in between.</li><li>
Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and strategists to bring campaign ideas to life across digital, print, film, and social.</li><li>
Mentor and inspire junior designers; help them level up their craft and creative thinking.</li><li>
Build compelling visual identities, brand worlds, and campaign systems that stay fresh yet strategic.</li><li>
Push the boundaries &mdash; explore new visual languages, experiment with formats, and keep creativity moving forward.</li><li>
Own the details &mdash; from typography choices to color grading &mdash; ensuring every pixel is purposeful.</li><li>
Keep the design output aligned with brand goals; while making sure it still breaks clutter.</li></ul>
</div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Skills &amp; experience required to Succeed in this role:</b></h2>
<ul><li>3-7 years of design experience in a fast-paced advertising or creative setup.</li><li>
A portfolio that makes people stop scrolling &mdash; showing strong ideas, smart design thinking, and craft.</li><li>
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) &mdash; and a good handle on other Adobe tools is a plus.</li><li>
Deep understanding of composition, color, and typography &mdash; and how they come together to tell a story.</li><li>
Ability to think conceptually &mdash; not just design what&rsquo;s asked but build what&rsquo;s needed.</li><li>
Strong sense of ownership, an eye for detail, and a bias for creativity over the ordinary.</li><li>
Comfort juggling multiple projects and timelines without dropping the aesthetic bar.</li><li>
A team player with leadership instincts &mdash; someone who can take feedback, give direction, and keep it fun.</li><li>
Bonus points if you bring something extra to the table &mdash; illustration, motion, photography, or experimental design thinking.</li></ul>

Shape the visual language for brands and campaigns through mood boards, layouts, storyboards, and on-set art direction.</li><li>
Collaborate with strategy, film, and production teams to bring ideas alive with consistency and craft.</li><li>
Present and defend creative ideas to internal stakeholders and clients with clarity and confidence.</li><li>
Stay on top of design trends, digital culture, and new tech to push the creative envelope on every brief.</li><li>
Ensure timelines, quality standards, and creative ambition stay in perfect balance.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Experience: 5&ndash;10 years in a creative or advertising agency, with a strong track record in leading campaigns and mentoring teams.</li><li>
Creative Thinking: Ability to translate insights and strategy into visually compelling, idea-driven work.</li><li>
Design Expertise: Deep understanding of composition, typography, photography, and brand aesthetics.</li><li>
Software Fluency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); knowledge of other tools is a plus.</li><li>
Leadership: A natural eye for detail and the ability to inspire, challenge, and elevate the creative team.</li><li>
Presentation: Strong communication and storytelling skills &mdash; confident in pitching and selling ideas.</li><li>
Versatility: Experience working across categories, from FMCG and lifestyle to digital-first brands.</li><li>
