Position Overview

The Sales Director &mdash; CPQ Solutions (Salesforce) will own and drive the full sales cycle for Experlogix CPQ within the Salesforce ecosystem. This opportunity allows you to work remotely. No need to relocate! With our uncapped commission structure, the sky is the limit with your earning potential! You will be responsible for developing pipeline, managing strategic opportunities, and closing new business across key verticals including manufacturing, professional services, medical devices, and construction/industrial equipment. The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce ecosystem experience, established relationships with Salesforce account executives, solution engineers, and SI partners, and a proven ability to win in competitive CPQ evaluations. 
**The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong professional background in sales, specifically in the Salesforce space. 
 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Own the end-to-end sales process for Experlogix CPQ targeting Salesforce-ecosystem customers, from prospecting through close.</li>
<li>Develop and execute a territory plan aligned with Experlogix&rsquo;s Salesforce go-to-market motions: direct outreach, partner channel engagement, AppExchange-driven inbound, and competitive displacement campaigns.</li>
<li>Build and manage a qualified pipeline sufficient to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.</li>
<li>Cultivate and maintain active relationships with Salesforce AEs, SEs, and regional leadership to generate co-sell and referral opportunities.</li>
<li>Engage Salesforce SI partners and consultancies with CPQ practices to create joint go-to-market motions and shared pipeline.</li>
<li>Identify and pursue competitive displacement opportunities among organizations with stalled, underperforming, or abandoned Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud implementations.</li>
<li>Deliver compelling product demonstrations, executive presentations, and business-case narratives tailored to each prospect&rsquo;s requirements.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to refine messaging, accelerate deal cycles, and ensure customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data in CRM; provide regular reporting to sales leadership.</li>
<li>Represent Experlogix at Salesforce events, trade shows, webinars, and industry conferences as a subject-matter expert.</li></ul> 


Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota.</li>
<li>Extensive background in the Salesforce ecosystem &mdash; must demonstrate deep familiarity with Salesforce products, go-to-market culture, partner landscape, and sales processes.</li>
<li>Proven ability to independently manage and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.</li>
<li>Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment, build territory from scratch, and drive results with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Excellent presentation and communication skills &mdash; comfortable presenting to C-level executives, leading product demonstrations, and facilitating discovery workshops.</li>
<li>Experience selling into manufacturing, professional services, medical devices, construction, or industrial equipment verticals preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce strongly preferred), sales engagement platforms, and pipeline management best practices.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience preferred).</li></ul> 


Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Active, current relationships with Salesforce account executives, solution engineers, and/or Salesforce SI partners.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of CPQ concepts, processes, and competitive landscape (Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, PROS, Oracle CPQ, Conga, DealHub, etc.).</li>
<li>Experience with competitive displacement or &ldquo;rip-and-replace&rdquo; sales motions.</li>
<li>Familiarity with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem is a plus given Experlogix&rsquo;s cross-platform presence.</li>
<li>Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.) are a bonus.
