<ul><li>Administrative Assistant </li></ul>*Job Summary: Office AdministratorThe Administrative Assistant will support daily office operations and ensure efficient functioning of the organization. This role includes a variety of administrative and clerical tasks such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, and providing support to staff and management.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.</li><li>Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails.</li><li>Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.</li><li>Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).</li><li>Order and manage office supplies and inventory.</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.</li><li>Assist with onboarding of new employees and training coordination.</li><li>Handle confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.</li><li>Proven experience in an administrative or office role.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.</li><li>Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
