We are looking for a committed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic team for evening shifts. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in nursing homes and other facilities, delivering complex chronic care management and addressing hospital-level emergencies. Embrace a fast-paced, varied, and engaging environment where no two days are the same!Conduct acute provider visits, requested by patients or facility staff, totaling 1-2hours per evening in person, usually 5p-8p, with flexibility.Call coverage from 5pm to 7am. Primary day call coverage is covered by the day provider. Secondary call coverage is covered by other remote Utah providers.
