</div></div></div><div><div>We are looking for a Company Secretary (CS) / Semi-Qualified CS with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of corporate compliances and hands-on experience in ROC filings and business registrations.<br>
<br>
Key Responsibilities:<br>
<ul><li>Handle all types of ROC filings and statutory compliances.</li><li>Manage company incorporations, LLP formations, and other business registrations.</li><li>Assist in preparation and filing of annual returns, forms, and other MCA compliances.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013, SEBI, FEMA, and other applicable regulations.</li><li>Draft board resolutions, minutes, notices, and related documents.</li><li>Coordinate with clients for collection of information and timely compliance.</li><li>Support in handling secretarial audits and related assignments.</li></ul><br>
Requirements:<br>
<ul><li>Qualified CS / Semi-Qualified CS with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.</li><li>Good knowledge of ROC filings, company law, and other statutory compliances.</li><li>Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within timelines.</li></ul></div></div></div>
