 We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Estimator. You will manage large-scale building construction tenders from initial inquiry to final submission. You will ensure competitive pricing, accurate cost assessments, and compliance with client requirements.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Tender Management: Lead the preparation of comprehensive cost estimates for major building projects
 </li>
 <li>
 BOQ Verification: Review and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ), drawings, and specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Vendor Coordination: Source, analyze, and negotiate competitive quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
 </li>
 <li>
 Risk Assessment: Identify potential commercial risks and develop strategic mitigation plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Value Engineering: Propose alternative materials or methods to optimize project costs without compromising quality
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, engineering, and senior management during final bid reviews

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience: Minimum 15+ years of total experience in building estimation and tendering
 </li>
 <li>
 Regional Expertise: Strong track record within the GCC construction market
 </li>
 <li>
 Project Profile: Proven experience handling high-value building construction projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
 </li>
 <li>
 Software Skills: Proficiency in advanced estimation software (e.g., Candy, CostX) and MS Excel
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 General Eligibility Criteria
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Location: Candidates must be currently in Qatar or ready to relocate immediately
 </li>
 <li>
 Document Readiness: Must possess certificates ready for Qatar Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) attestation
 </li>
