</div></div></div></div><div></div><div><div><div><div><p>Exploration Place is looking for a dynamic Hospitality Sales Manager to lead the charge in growing our rentals, weddings, birthday parties and group hospitality experiences.</p>
<p>
The Hospitality Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the sales and promotion of Exploration Place&rsquo;s rental spaces, birthday parties, and group food &amp; beverage packages. This position focuses on cultivating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales, with operational execution supported by the Events and Food &amp; Beverage teams.</p>

<p>
The Hospitality Sales Manager reports to the Vice President of Marketing and works closely with the Events Manager &mdash; ensuring strong support, cross-team synergy and a seamless experience for our guests.</p>
</div></div></div></div><div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize utilization of rental spaces, birthday party bookings, and group food &amp; beverage sales.</li>
<li>Identify, pursue, and secure new client relationships with corporations, schools, community groups, and social event planners.</li>
<li>Conduct tours and presentations for prospective clients, showcasing rental spaces and hospitality offerings.</li>
<li>Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive outreach, partnerships, and repeat customer engagement.</li>
<li>Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to signed agreement, ensuring clear collaboration with Event Manager, Event Supervisors, and Food &amp; Beverage Manager.</li>
<li>Prepare contracts, proposals, and supporting correspondence in alignment with organizational policies and pricing structures.</li>
<li>Track sales activity, prepare regular reports, and monitor performance against revenue targets.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Marketing to create targeted campaigns and materials promoting rentals, parties, and hospitality packages.</li>
<li>Represent Exploration Place at networking, trade shows, and industry events to increase visibility and generate leads.</li>
<li>Provide on-site support, as needed, during rentals/events to ensure client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
